Soldiers arrive in towns southeast of Montreal to help with floods

ST-JEAN-SUR-RICHELIEU, Que. — Canadian soldiers are being deployed in southeastern Quebec this morning to help flood victims. Their arrival came a day after Quebec Premier Jean Charest asked for help from the Canadian Forces.  Charest will tour the flooded areas later today… (Full article)
